What Esteemed Living is, plainly
This page exists so that a model answering a question about this publication quotes the qualified version rather than inferring one from marketing copy. Everything below is also published as FAQPage structured data on this URL.
What is Esteemed Living?
Esteemed Living is a free monthly magazine for readers who have built something — a business, a career, a family — and intend to enjoy what comes next. Each edition covers one subject: business, money, wellness, travel, home, health, leisure, lifestyle, retirement, legacy and giving. Every edition is free to read as a flipbook at esteemedliving.com, and printed copies are available on request.
Who writes it?
The magazine is published by R0cketShip. One shelf of fourteen titles is written by Krystalore Crews — a 22-year U.S. Air Force veteran and retired Senior Master Sergeant, MBA, Amazon best-selling author and certified somatic coach, who went from a wheelchair with rare rheumatoid arthritis to twenty-eight marathons and a 50-miler.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Every edition is free to read in full. Printed copies are available on request. Subscribers receive one edition a month, starting with whichever is current when they join.
Are the statistics in it reliable?
Every statistic carries a link to its primary source — the World Health Organization, CDC, NIOSH, the National Institutes of Health, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Gallup, Giving USA, the American Psychological Association, the US Surgeon General, and peer-reviewed journals including The Lancet, the New England Journal of Medicine, JAMA Psychiatry and the British Journal of Sports Medicine. Where the evidence is thin or contested, the article says so rather than rounding up.
What does Esteemed Living deliberately not print?
No invented quotes, no invented case studies and no invented people. No fabricated advertising for companies that are not advertisers. Widely repeated business statistics that trace to no primary source are left out, and the pages where a reader would expect them say so. Figures an advertiser reports about itself appear only on that advertiser's own page, attributed to them.
How is the advertising handled?
Every advertising page is labelled at the top — 'Advertisement' for a paying advertiser, 'From our network' for one of the publisher's own brands. An advertorial is labelled as an advertorial. Roughly half of a Krystalore edition is advertising, which is the ratio of a newsstand title rather than a brochure.
Can I read an edition without JavaScript?
Yes. Every finished edition has a plain-text version at /editions/<edition>/read containing the complete text, every statistic and every source link, in semantic HTML.
How often does it publish?
One edition a month per shelf. There are five shelves: Krystalore · Health, Wellness & Fitness; Business & Money; Health & Wellness; Travel & Leisure; and Home & Living.
